You will need these 5 items:
1) A quality photo of yourself in jpeg or tiff format (optional)
2)Your business logo in jpeg or tiff format. Your company logo is
included on every postcard. (optional)
3) The contact information and personal message you'd like included
on your postcards.
4) A properly formatted database with the names and addresses of the
people you'd like us to mail your postcards to. Please note we keep this
list highly confidential. We do not share or sell client lists.
Only Excel or Works databases are accepted. If you are unfamiliar or
do not have access to these programs, simply enter your name list through
our simple to use form after registering.

Your Postcard Proof will arrive via e-mail within a couple days after
subscribing. This is your opportunity to make
any changes to the
layout of your photo and contact information. Approval of this proof
must be returned to us in order for your postcards to be mailed. The initial
design of your personalized postcard is free. You may make changes to the
personalized portion of your postcard at any time after for a design fee
of $19.95.
Cost
Mailed Postcards:75 cents each
Unmailed cards: 50 cents each (packaged cards mailed to your office
without postage permit)
Initial graphic design FREE!
Minimum Subscription Charge
Because we have no set up fees or cancellation fees, we require a minimum
order of 25 postcards per month If your account drops below this number,
you will be billed at our minimum monthly amount of $18.75 (the equivalent
of 25 cards).
Ending Your Subscription
The Love My Clients program will continue to send valuable gifts to
your customers each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription
at any time by calling (720) 261-2673. Cancellations must be received by
the 10th of the month to be effective for the next month's printing/mailing.
